What could have been a setback became an invitation.

After 17 years in medical device leadership, including roles as Sales Leader and VP Operations in healthcare and wound care, I experienced firsthand what it means to face unexpected change. That transition became my greatest teacher and the foundation of my coaching practice.

My Background:

30+ years in sales, sales management, and operations
Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Brooklyn College
Associate of Science in Nursing, Kings County School of Nursing
Proven track record in developing high-performing sales teams
Expert in strategic planning, operational oversight, and organizational change

What Makes My Approach Different:

I don't believe in corporate clichés or surface-level motivation. My coaching blends:

When I'm Not Coaching:

I am also blessed with 4 adorable Grandkids, all 4 and under, that I love spending time with.

My husband and I both have a love for travel. Travelling to Tuscany in September 2026.
